Do you bring your own supplies? We bring our own cleaning supplies, needed to clean your home. Our employees are trained to know what to use in every area, to ensure you a superb cleaning each visit. We ask that you provide a vacuum, in order to avoid cross contamination. We do have a vacuum with us in case your is not working properly. Do I have to be home when you clean my house? If you would like, but it is not a requirement. The majority of our clients provide us with a key or other method to enter their home. If you cannot be home we will ask you for a key. All keys are coded and put in a lock box for your security. If you would rather be home, that is fine as well. We understand that you may want to get to know us first. Are you licensed and insured? Yes, we are licensed and insured in order to give you peice of mind. That is why we only carry liabilty insurance, but workmans compensation insurance as well. How many people will clean my home? Will I have the same people each time? At You've Got It Maid we utilize solo cleaners and teams of two, occasionally a team three if needed. Each employee is carefully screened, and trained to maintain the highest standards in cleaning your home. |
