Payment Policy                                                    
 
 Payment is due the day of service. Any returned check will result in a $35.00 service charge If payment is not left we will conact you. If we cannot reach you we will have to reschedule your cleaning A 5% admin fee will also be added to your charge if we do not receive payment the day of the clean. We accept credit cards through paypal. All credit card payments must be made 48 hours prior to your cleaning. 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services that have been providedand or coupons that have been purchased. We will return and re-clean any area that are not happy with. You've Got It Maid must be notified of such event within 24 hours of cleaning and through email. We will only clean the areas specified to us. 

Cancellation Policy

We require at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Please call the office by 7:00 am the day before your clean. Monday clients must call before noon on the previous Friday. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason this policy must be followed. We will often turn down business rather that disrupt a regularly scheduled customer, in exchange we must request you notify us. Our business number is 267-294-7162 and is available to you at all times. You will be charged a $55.00 fee if you fail to provide us with 24 hours notice. If your maid arrives at your home and you forgot to either leave a key, or they need to leave without cleaning for any reason, you will be charged a $55.00 lock out fee.
